Peak Wellness NW offers three different Scratch Plans that can be used for amounts between $35 – $10,000.
Please note that not all patients will qualify for all plans, but every attempt is made to approve as many patients as possible.
Scratch Plan Bi-weekly
Patient pays down payment at the appointment. Remaining 4 payments are paid every 2 weeks.
Scratch Plan 12 Month
Patient can sign up for a 12-month plan.
Scratch Plan 24 Month
For larger bills, the 24-month plan can help spread costs over a longer period of time, making it more manageable
Peak Wellness NW also accepts all major credit cards, cash, check and Venmo payments
